Every fare is delivered duties paid to RUBBR’s landing in Irving, TX. From there you choose how the last leg works. Each pallet weighs about a ton.

No. Outdoor Imports sells by the full pallet only. One seat is one pallet of bags or drums.
Fares are for trade buyers: installers, parks departments, schools, property managers and dealers. RUBBR reviews each check-in, usually within one business day.
The 75% deposit reserves your pallets. The 25% balance is due within 72 hours of production start. Shipping, no-show fees and any other balance are paid before your pallets are released. Pay by wire, next-day ACH, the payment apps listed on your RUBBR INC invoice, or cashier’s check (no personal or business checks). Cash is paid directly to Jonathan or Nate and must be in hand by the due date; tell Jonathan ahead if you’ll bring cash to a pickup. Bank and app limits are yours to plan around so payments land on time.
If the 25% balance isn’t paid within 72 hours of production start, your pallets are surrendered and RUBBR may sell them to other buyers. Once they’re resold and paid for, RUBBR refunds your deposit less a 25% fee. If they aren’t resold within 30 days, RUBBR refunds 25% of the deposit.
Yes. Every container carries any mix of EPDM, fine grind EPDM, aliphatic binder and aromatic binder. We keep all of your pallets on one container whenever they fit, and always in the same serial: the group of chalks that ship together after production.
The moment its container is full. You get an alert when a chalk you’re on completes. When a chalk has fewer than 5 seats left, watch for final-seat offers.
After you’re approved, “Size my project” asks for your square footage, depth and materials, then works out the pallets for you.
Fares include delivery duties paid to Irving, TX. Pick up there free by reservation, or we ship anywhere in the contiguous United States with a liftgate, quoted per order.
Yes. Your boarding pass shows every step from production to delivery. You only see the containers carrying your pallets, and other buyers are never named.
